Duplicate Media Report

Hash exact media bytes in batches of two files, cache unchanged assets and show duplicate candidate groups. Export paginated JSON inventories with asset-existence checks.

Use

Open Duplicate Media Report. Scan successive batches, then export the scanned inventory. Confirm current assets and usages before manual consolidation.

Limits

Four MiB maximum per file; skipped files are counted. Groups compare with previously scanned files and can include stale cache candidates. No visual similarity, automatic deletion or consolidation.
