Request review of saved content, retain private handover notes, record approval or requested changes by a different editor. A saved revision fingerprint detects subsequent changes.

Open Editorial Approvals & Handover in a saved-entry sidebar. Request review, then have another editor approve or request changes.
Limits
Records a visible approval workflow; it does not block core/API/scheduled publishing. The reviewer must differ from the requester. Only saved content is covered.
