Overview

Share every post you publish to your social accounts, without leaving EmDash.

When a post goes live, BulkPublish shares it to the channels you pick: Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Tumblr, Google Business Profile, Snapchat and more.

  • Automatic. Publish as usual. Each post is shared once, so editing a live post never posts it again.
  • Your caption. A template with {title}, {excerpt} and {url}. Posts too long for X, Bluesky or Threads are shortened for those networks, and the link is always kept whole.
  • Featured image included. The post's image goes with it, so image-first networks like Instagram and Pinterest get a proper post. Posts without an image skip those networks and tell you why.
  • See what happened. The editor's Share to social panel shows where a post went, what was skipped and why, and lets you share it again.

FAQ

Do I need a BulkPublish account? Yes. Connect your social accounts there first; this plugin shares to them.

Will editing a published post share it again? No. Each post is shared once. Use Share again in the post's Share to social panel to share it a second time.

Why was Instagram skipped? Instagram, Pinterest and Snapchat need an image. Add a featured image to the post, or leave those channels off. TikTok and YouTube only take videos, so blog posts are never sent there.

Can I share pages or another collection? Yes. List the collections under Collections to share in settings.

What does the plugin send? The post's title, excerpt, public link and featured image, to your BulkPublish account only.

Security

The plugin talks only to app.bulkpublish.com. Your API key is stored as an encrypted setting and is never shown in the admin after you save it. Remove it at any time under Advanced → Remove API key.
