Fuxux
Share each entry you publish to X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Facebook, Instagram and more through your Fuxux account.
@fuxuxscheduler.bsky.social/fuxuxOr open Registry in your EmDash admin and search for this name.
Overview
Share every entry you publish to your social accounts, without leaving EmDash.
When an entry goes live, the plugin sends it to the accounts you tick in your Fuxux account: X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Discord, Telegram and Slack.
Automatic. Publish as usual. Each entry is shared once, so editing or republishing it never posts it again. Scheduled entries are shared when they go live.
Your caption. One template with {title}, {excerpt}, {url} and {site_name}. Captions too long for X, Bluesky or Threads are shortened for those networks, and the link always stays whole.
Featured image included. The entry's image goes with the post, so Instagram, Pinterest and TikTok get a proper post. Entries without an image skip those three and say why.
See what happened. The Fuxux activity page lists each entry, where it went, anything left out, and a Share again button when a share failed.
You need a Fuxux account on a paid plan, which includes API keys. Your social accounts are connected in Fuxux, not in EmDash, so the plugin never holds your social logins.
Permissions
Plugins get only the capabilities they declare and you approve. Your EmDash admin lists these again before anything installs.
FAQ
Will editing a published entry post it again? No. Each entry is shared once. Republishing, editing or unpublishing and publishing again never sends another post.
When does the post go out? The plugin queues it in Fuxux about a minute after the entry goes live. You can see and edit it in Fuxux until then, under Posts.
What if a network refuses the post? Fuxux shows the reason under Posts and, unless you turned those emails off, emails you. If the plugin could not reach Fuxux at all, the activity page shows the error and a Share again button.
Which fields does it read? The title, the excerpt (or description, or summary, or else the first 40 words of the body), the featured image and the entry's public address.
Do I need a Fuxux plan? Yes, a paid plan: API keys come with every paid plan.
Security
The plugin asks for two permissions: Read content, to read the entry being shared, and Make network requests to one host, www.fuxux.com.
Your Fuxux API key is stored as a secret setting, encrypted by EmDash, and is sent only to www.fuxux.com. The plugin never sees your social media passwords or tokens: those stay in Fuxux.
It stores one small record per shared entry (title, status, time and a short message) in its own storage, which you can remove when you uninstall it.

Installation
- In Fuxux (https://www.fuxux.com), connect the social accounts you want to share to.
- In Fuxux, open API keys and create a key.
- In EmDash, install the plugin from the registry and approve its two permissions.
- Open Fuxux in the admin, paste the key and save. Your connected accounts appear.
- Tick the accounts to share to, check the caption, turn on Share entries when they are published, and save.
Only entries first published after you install the plugin are shared. The plugin shares the posts collection by default; list other collections in the settings, separated by commas.
